Guest linuxdady Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 In Mandriva 2008.1 the file transfer just worked. In 2009 it just doesn't. If I plug the USB cable before I boot the computer, it is there and it works normally. It is mounted as /media/PHONE CARD. But if I plug the cable in when the system is already running, it does not mount at all. Even if I plug it off the system shows some malfunctions - MCC does not run etc, so I have to reboot for normal use of the machine. An older model of Sony Ericsson works in 2009 as well as in 2008.1.
