I can burn cd's fine and even do a cd to cd copy without any problems. When I installed K3b I never let it change my fstab. I've manually controlled it. tyme Posted July 30, 2003 Report Share Posted July 30, 2003 we know that ;-) but those links talk about changing settings in your fstab file, which would effect the interaction with your cdrom drive. have you tried mount -t <typeofFS> /dev/scd1 /mnt/cdrom2 might help if we saw your /etc/fstab file...
