Carcozep Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 Hello?..i had a little issue installing ATI drivers..i mean..well..i have a fujitsu-siemens esprimo mobile v5545 with ati hd2400 graphic card...aaaannnddd...compiz doesn;t work properly..i mean it works..but really slow..and i believe that the drivers..or my lack of experience in cofiguring them..i searced the web and i found only configuring tools for....ubuntu and debian..a little help in configuring..pretty please? :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

willie Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 (edited) Set the urpmi sources and the drivers for ATI whill be there, free is only open source and the drivers for ATI are closed source. Install also the kernel-source belonging to the kernel you are running.
