Webcam configuration

Hi,

 

I am sure that this webcam use to work but I can't manage to configure it on 2008.1 spring.

 

When just plugged the camera it is detected :

Despite being recognised, nor skype or Ekiga can see this camera.

The cpia module seems to be the correct one according to :

I don't know what to do next, I was thinking about getting another one but I don't like giving up! Any ideas welcome,
