What about "in dubio pro reo" ?, seems some people don't understand this nowadays. there was a time when you had to be proved guilty, now it seems to be the other way round, you have to prove that you're not guilty. don't get me wrong, I am not entirely sure if he didn't do this but there is at least enough doubt that he did it. does anyone remember the film 12 Angry Men ?
