Like I have said before,

The Linux kernel has nothing to worry about. IBM may have included some proprietary stuff in their particular recepie of Linux, but the Kernel is OK.

SCO is just trying this lawsuit FUD to raise some $$$.

"We have this special situation here in Germany with a high affinity for Linux, and a very well-organized Linux community, but I can't go on my own with presenting the proof."

I heard: "oh f*ck...houston, we have a problem"

It'll be interesting how this plays out within the next 2 days.

*whistling sound of bomb falling*

BOOOM!

:mystilol:

this looks good (for Linux), atleast from what it states. The door isn't completely shut for SCO (end of the article), but it's certainly very close.

If Novell pulls SCO's license...would that effect SCO's case against IBM? I realize it's over IP, but if SCO no longer has a license to distribute or use UNIX, does that negate IP claims?

Sigh, SCO keeps spreading FUD even it doesn't own the patent of UNIX IP:

Now I agree somebody suggested, that SCO should be removed from this planet, for this plain wrong lying and unethical business conduct.
