scarecrow Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 Why use the palaeolithic gftp and not the much more robust and complete Filezilla3? It has a very nice queue system, and it's accepting various files from different sites. You can start/stop/pause/resume/save/restore the queue anytime you want... and on top of that, it also supports sftp/ssh, which isn't an option for gftp. The only things missing is FXP within a single prog interface, and tabbed UI- both promised for Filezilla 3.1 It took a very long time to become usable, due to innumerable of wxgtk bugs, but right now it's absolutely usable and reliable.
