NavyLT Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Is it just me, or is there no way to shut down the computer from within Gnome with 2008.1 Alpha 2? ianw1974 Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Then, you can change it within System/Configuration/Configure Your Computer (also known as MCC - Mandriva Control Centre) or wherever it's located now, and somewhere in here is the option to change the Display Manager from KDM to GDM (there is also xdm but it's very basic).
