Guest Lopez Posted November 24, 2007 Report Share Posted November 24, 2007 ok so i bought a logitech quickcam pro 5000 and i installed it the video is fine but i cant get the microphone to work , i thought it was faulty or something so i went out and baught a new seperate microphone and still doesnt work in both webcam microphone and the seperate microphone there was an error when trying to update hardware for the seperate microphone it said there was a problem during installing USB PnP Audio Device and under it said A service instillation in this INF is invalid Is there someone that can help me if it helps i tried the Device MAnager and ther is a yellow exclamation point in USB PnP Audio Device Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mine was all the way down, and I spent the last day and a half trying to find the problem, I turned that up, and the problem was solved.
