i have a small question in assembly, when i do this code:

section .bss:
ans: resd 2
section .text:
push ans


the push command fills the stack with 32 or 64 bits ?

It's been a really long time since I've touched assembly, but I think it depends on your operating system's word size. In Linux, I believe a stack always pushes dwords, regardless of what you declared.
