Guest Jeebles
Well whenever I enable 3D desktop, the title bar of windows (with the minimize, maximize and close buttons) disappears on all the windows. Anyway to fix this?
{BBI}Nexus{BBI}
Try using Beryl to select a suitable window manager. i.e. Aquamarine etc.
Patkos Csaba
I had the same problem ... regardless of the window manager. Also I observed, that after updateing to the latest updates the problem somehow disappeard. Try to update your packeges...
dexter11
Which window manager\DE do you use? Which 3D?
scoonma
At first it's actually important to update your system, as was here mentioned before. However, the problem can still appear in some cases (i.e. after crash). You can cope with that by installing beryl-manager. Thus you can re-load your windows manager and/or windows decorator (Emerald) easily. In most cases this fixes the problem. However, if you had tuned your system to save any changes in the desktop config (so all your windows pop up again after reloading the system), the title bar may still be invisible due to a bad (wrong?) position of the application. In this case by using ALT+left mouse click+drag window around (target somewhere inside the app window) you can make the title bar accessable again.
