vinnywright Posted May 19, 2007 Share Posted May 19, 2007 Hay newbe hear :unsure: using delft on a dell insperon 1300 1,8Gig pros. 512Mb ram laptop with wifi and I must say codos and congrats this is the first time I'v goten a gui wireless utility to work!!!! it's using a belkin internal wireless card and the windows .inf with ndiswrapper and after a little song and dance with the configuration utility it works grate :D the 3D desktop ( beril ) IS to cool and seams to be fine. thare were some memery ishuse ( couldent do several things at once with the 3D to ) however I added some linux swap space to the HD with my Gparted live cd ( shrunk the existing ntfs partition and then made the space left linux swap ) and now even livecd copy2ram works B) and is lightning fast. copy2ram would work befor I added swap but you realey couldent do mutch sence all 512 was being used allmost but with some swap it's golden even with 3D :D all in all a realey nice livecd every one I'v showed off the 3D stuff to has left jelose and most with a coppy ;) VINNY Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
