I am thinking that there might be a utility specifically for the driver. I would be tempted to install all of the software the search finds. dinty01 Posted March 28, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 (edited) Ok i did that and 3 out of 4 packages were already installed, the only one not installed was this one: ipw3945-kernel-2.6.17.9-tmb-server-1mdvsmp - ipw3945 driver for Kernel 2.6.17.9-tmb-server-1mdvsmp? ? dkms binary kernel modules for the ipw3945 driver version 1.0.12, built for the 2.6.17.9-tmb-server-1mdvsmp kernel. dinty01 Posted March 30, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2007 So I tried configuring the card again and it said it was complete and it said it was connected to the internet but I couldnt bring up a webpage.
