Guest ckrdbd Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 Before today, I had internet access in my w2k guest on Mandriva PowerPack 2007. Today, that access is gone. I tried reconfiguring my system to have only vmnet8; however, that did not work. I also tried to set the vmnet8 to static; however it just won't "stick" I even tried to add a few additional nameservers to my resolv.conf file and that also did not work. I have internet access in my Mandriva host. I can follow plain instructions and am comfortable with the command line. I would be most grateful for any assistance that anyone could provide.
