SoF on Mandriva 2007

ive just installed soldier of fortune, official linux version but when i open it through the shortcut placed on installation nothing happens?

so i tried to open it through konsole and heres what i get

ive not got a clue what it means , can anyone tell me please

check to see if you do have direct rendering enable, do this command in a terminal:
glxinfo | grep direct

and give us the output.

 

 

[john@localhost ~]$ glxinfo | grep direct

bash: glxinfo: command not found

[john@localhost ~]$ su

Password:

[root@localhost john]# glxinfo | grep direct

bash: glxinfo: command not found

[root@localhost john]#
