If there will be an updated 2007 after six months then it will come out in march/april. So I think even they don't know exactly what will and what won't be in it. But it just will be a new Mandriva release. Same as before only with newer software.Upgrading has always been supported from the previous release. I upgraded my system with urpmi release after release from 10.0 to 2006. And it worked. Urpmi is not broken.
