aRTee Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 I'm having trouble starting thunderbird in my wife's account. If I move .thunderbird to .thunderbird.old, it starts fine - but as if it's the first time, so without all old emails - which is an obvious no-go.... aRTee Posted October 5, 2006 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 I managed - just did mv .thunderbird .thunderbird.old then started thunderbird, not creating anything - no new account, nothing. then copied the data dir inside .thunderbird.old to the new .thunderbird folder, and renamed it to the data dir there.
