Grudge
What is wrong with repositories for Cooker? I can't find a server with working main and contrib repositories. Look at http://www.mandrivauser.de/smarturpmi/. Is it possible to downgrade from Cooker to a stable or 2007 cooker snapshot version?
ianw1974
Try here instead: https://mandrivausers.org/easyurpmi/index.php we have nothing to do with mandrivauser.de so if you have problems with their repositories, you really need to contact them. The above link I posted does urpmi as well as smart.
dexter11
They changed the directory structure again. This may be the problem.
tyme
Is it possible to downgrade from Cooker to a stable or 2007 cooker snapshot version? Short answer: no. not unless you reinstall from cd and don't get updates. and isn't "stable cooker" an oxymoron? if you want stable you shouldn't be using cooker :P

uralmasha
In the current cooker layout the header files are in ../media_info instead of ./media_info, and their name has also changed from hdlist.cz to hdlist_[main|contrib].cz. So if you change the header file location from media_info/hdlist.cz to ../media_info/hdlist_main.cz , you'll get your "main " channel right. Change "main" to to "contrib" when you want the contrib source. There are also main_debug and contrib_debug packages which I believe are compiled with debuging symbols. scoonma
Hm. Me finds a new structure, too. But the difference seems to be that the actual packages now reside one level deeper, i.e. in /media/main/release instead of /media/main (same goes to contrib,...). The media_info dir containing hdlists is still below. Kind regards, scoonma
