aioshin Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 (edited) an alternative... open your konsole... as a regular user.. type the command $top it will show you thus running processes... and you can kill those belongs to you.. if you do that as root..you can kill those processes belongs to others. end it by pressing q . if you press "u" followed by a username, it will display the processes belongs to that particular user. . man top for further info. . edit: just tried on my box.. ctrl+esc pops up task manager.. :P Edited June 2, 2006 by aioshin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
