Thac and Ze vs Seer of Souls SOS for KDE 3.5.1

I am still a newbie but I think both are very stable and look fine to me. It seems that seer of souls is very strictly trying to use the Mandriva Packaging Policies, where Thac and Ze does not. However I have never experiencing any error with rpms from Thac and Ze either. :D

What are the Mandriva packaging policies?

I'm starting to like the SOS packages a bit more now that I've heard that, please explain me more about that

 

Which are the most used repositories?

 

All that I've learned so far is to avoid cooker repositories
