ianw1974
I have no problems with spaces when using wine and apps. You have to make sure that the command line and everything for it appears between double quotes. See my example above in the previous post. Note the double quote before the c:\ and also at the end of the path. Your example above doesn't have quotes, which is why it fails. Also, because you didn't type it the same as well and used / instead of \ compared to my example. Eg, for me to run Lotus Notes in Wine: wine "c:\program files\lotus\notes\nlnotes.exe" See the quote before the c:\, and after the exe? This is what you need to do with your acrobat reader path, making sure it's the correct path as well.
Kieth
Duhhh! OK, I finally understand!!! (It takes some us a little longer than others!) I put the command line in quotes and wine tries to open the reader, but it can't for some reason. I'll "tinker" around with it for a while, though, and see what happens. Thanks again. ianw1974
If not, switch into the directory, and then just run wine acrobat.exe or whatever it's called. Then worry about the directories later.
