Guest frew Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 This is when I had 8.2 so it may have changed the other night but I haven't had a chance to check, but anyway, this is my problem: I have a 100mbps network, and sending from ftp used to be blazingly fast for obvious reasons. well. For no reason at all it got realy slow. I mean like, 20kbps. that is obcsene over a LAN. The weirdest part is is that (when) I (was) am the gateway and peoplewould send things over AIM it would go much faster. that makes no sense at all. does anyone know what I should do? Guest frew Posted November 4, 2002 Report Share Posted November 4, 2002 I reinstalled 9.0 instead of upgrading to fix a plethora of problems and it fixed this too. Thanks anyway.
