Gowator Posted January 5, 2006 Report Share Posted January 5, 2006 A long while ago (years) i remember someone struggling to get a Pizza delivery management piece of SW working in Mandrake... now I have quit my job working for EvilCorp® and a friend and I am trying to make a go of consulting for Small and Medium companies with Linux and openSource solutions. One area I think Linux would reduce TCO is small resto's and bars. All the POS software I see seems designed for corporations or huge retail outfits not a small bar or restop who doesn't want supply chain management etc. If anyone knows of any in use I would be really interested in seeing how it performs and if the company are happy etc. [moved from Software by spinynorman] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
