I installed apache off of the mandrake 10.1 DVD. I found the httpd directory and the directoryroot /var/www/html/ . Inside the httpd directory their is multiple httpd.conf files!!! they all have the same directoryroot so I was wondering which .conf file(s) is the one I need to modify?

Hi Binzium,

which apache version is installed?

 rpm -qa | grep 'apache'

in the console will tell you... and then, depending an your version

httpd -V

for apache or

httpd2 -V

for apache2 will print the information you need....
