Jza Posted December 26, 2005 Report Share Posted December 26, 2005 I own a linksys router and for some reason I havent been able to configure it correctly for my file transfer to work. The main software I use is Gaim and IRC X-Chat. I tried reading the documentation but didnt got that far. Then I configure the port-fowarding on the ports that are used by DCC. However no luck was achieved, I wonder if I miss something. I also want to put it on the ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and Jabber file transfer which is what I used in gaim too. These are pretty famous programs so I guess this question should be common but couldnt find any previous note on this. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aomighty Posted December 26, 2005 Report Share Posted December 26, 2005 I haven't tried it yet, but they just came out with Gaim 2.0 Beta, which says it can now transfer files via AIM even with NAT.
