josk
I just get my Mandriva 2006 X86_64 powerpack DVD. I installed all progs like firefox and "FlashPlayer-7.0-1mdk". I know that I cannot install flashplayer from Macromedia's site without getting annoying error: There is no support for X86_64 os. Why this packet is included with Mandriva 2006 X86_64 if it doesn't work? Or should it work but Im just too dork to get it work?
scarecrow
The only solution is using stock, Mozilla-compiled 32-bit Firefox or Mozilla, and using the flash plugin on them. Opera, which is statically built, should also work. Edited October 29, 2005 by scarecrow
dexter11
Either it's 32bit or it's GPLFlash which is open source but not that functional as the Macromedia flash.
