ilia_kr
I've read an article about the dual core technology, and didn't understand one thing: If i have 2 CPUs and only one RAM, how do they manage the bandwidth between them? As i understand that, each of the CPUs will run on 50% of its maximum offisiancy, right? So what is the advantage on a single core CPUs?
bsyuni
My simulation program uses 100% cpu resource. Due to the dual core, I can run two cases simultaneously. When I run one simulation case than it works only 50% like you said. I attached my screen shot. Edited October 31, 2005 by bsyuni
