osakasan
When I check in the MCC Hardware Configuration - there is an area call UNKNOWN. In that area displays all of my USB devices. When I display each of them, under the subject called MODULE , it has nothing. Doe this mean that these USB devices are not configured properly? Leo
Not necessarily, for some reason in 2005LE the hardrake gui seems to have problems with USB devices (I have a graphics tablet that it lists as UPS). What devices do you have and do they appear to be working for you? Leo

osakasan
Printer does not respond to any print or test print. It says it is sending to the printer, but no printouts. What is printer facility in the control center[sic]? Edited September 16, 2005 by osakasan
Leo
if you go to: 'Mandriva Control Center' - 'Hardware' - 'Set up the printers' are you able to see and set up the printer and print a test page? Leo
osakasan
I was able to see the printer under MCC. everything seems to be okay except under the Module section, which is Blank. Tried to send a test print. It indicated that it was sent okay, but nothing was printed.
Leo
I googled it and there were a number of sites experts exchange seems quite a good bet (scroll down to below the ads). Itt woould appear to be a rrebrandedLexmark 1150 and not partcularly reliable so may be worth checking that it works on windows. Let us know if this works otherwise we will try something else Leo edit: corrected links Edited September 20, 2005 by Leo
osakasan
It works great in WINDOWS. I do know that it is a re-brand of Lexmark 1150. I also read that it should be able to use the driver of Z600, which I did download, compiled and installed. In Harddrake / Printer Setup; it does display Z600 for lexmark and I did select it, but it did not work me.
