For example if i visit www.yahoo.com - no problem; then i browse to www.google.com - O.K.; if i type www.blablablabla.com i still will see a google page, but the location will be correct, even in a status bar i'll see "Done" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jet2k5 Posted June 9, 2005 Report Share Posted June 9, 2005 Seems like a problem that I used to have. You can try clearning out all information from the cache. To do so go to Edit>Preferences>Privacy and click on 'Clear All' Warning his removes cookies, passwords that you have saved etc etc... When firefox starts to run slow for me, I usually do this and all the problem issues are done. Also have you tried to make firefox load faster? If not here follow this link, Firefox Speed up Don't worry I know it's for Ubuntu Linux, but just skip all the Ubuntu stuff and change the options in about:config.
