Well, it could be "new" too, given the facts, that politics move slow, and that an old opinion may be expressed twice... I'd love that to be true, though. I'm against software patents... it's just that such good common sense from politics surprises me, to the point I will need time to get used to the idea that someone got it right :) No to software patents!
