bloodybrokndrems Posted April 22, 2005 Report Share Posted April 22, 2005 (edited) i ve tried run sndconfig and set up my isa card but it doesnt recgonize it and then i choose it on the list and it trys to paly the sound but it comes up with error opening /dev/audio/. Before it was able to recognize it but i reinstalled the whole os im running mandrake 10.1 kde 3.2 also is there away to update you urpmi through cd? i dont have an internet connection. devries Posted April 23, 2005 Report Share Posted April 23, 2005 Are you using alsa? Try alsaconf to set up the card. If it doesn't work post the errors.
