adamw Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 Hey guys, just a heads-up for everyone running 10.2RC or Cooker who hit the bug with Audigy and Live! cards where ALSA would cause a kernel oops and hang during startup. There's a new -3mdk kernel in Cooker, but it _doesn't fix this bug yet_. Don't upgrade to the -3mdk kernel expecting it to fix the bug, and if you do upgrade to it, copy the patched modules from Bugzilla in before you reboot.
