Guest Tokaia
I'd like to know where I can get camera drivers for my Sony Cybershot digital camera. I'm using Mandrake 10.1with KDE.
adamw
You don't need any. Plug the camera in and run digikam (install digikam if you don't have it), try to auto detect. If that doesn't work, read the camera's manual and find the section on how to switch its USB mode. Most Sony cameras can change how they look to a computer you plug them into. You should be able to set it into a mode where it looks just like a regular USB storage device - a USB hard disk, memory key or whatever. Now when you plug it into an MDK machine it will be automatically mounted as a drive you can access through a file manager. This is how I deal with my Sony camera. SoulSe
Or you can manually mount it by finding it in /dev/ - it will be listed as an sd device (like sda1 or sdb4, something like that).
