Gowator
I have one and if I leave the bootp (remote boot) on AND activate USB then it freezes. The solution was to stop the boot from NIC in the bios settings...

Have you checked the bios settings..... bootp is the thing where you are meant to be able to boot diskless and a bootrom is on the card. My 8139too is on a shuttle and I can't turn it off completely either but I can disable the boot rom and this seems to prevent other probs. At least investigate if its turned on in the bios? You might find it will work with the wireless once its had the boot rom diabled?

Qchem
I'm guessing from the last post that this is solved, and I'll mark it as such. If you still need help with this post away and I'll remove the solved.
