dubbrich
I get this error when I try to install winap for linux. Some package requested cannot be installed: Winamp-0.a1-1.i386 (due to unsatisfied libpng.so.2) do you agree ? I searched my pc for this package and it wasn't found. any ideas? iphitus
Try installing xmms instead, it should be on the CD's. It's a open source media player which is capable of using winamp2 skins. Be aware that the linux version of 'winamp' itself - the one you are trying - is horribly unstable.
dubbrich
oh, ok. I wasn't aware that they are the same. I really just wanted winamp for online radio. I think I'll stick with Kaffeine and Amarok. I hear alot of good stuff about them
