hmm...well your running kernel and kernel-source match so....

do this in a terminal as root

cd /usr/src/linux

make mrproper

 

and try to install nvidia again. If it fails post all and exact errors....especially

/var/log/nvidia-installer.log

Sorry for being a pain but i'm still quite fresh to Linux.

I didn't know what other error log to show you but here in the new nvidia installer log. Its different to last time.
