problem with KDE3.3.2 from 3.2.3 via Konstruct

So I've correctly ran Konstruct to upgrade from KDE 3.2.3. to KDE 3.3.2. And I've done the "export KDE=DIR...etc" stuff it told me too, and yet it still does not run 3.3.2.

All the KDE files are just sitting there in my /root/kde3.3.2 folder. I can run them from there, but is there anyways to actually INSTALL them?

THanks

To begin with urpmi kdebase. After that whatever you want :). Look in the Mandrake control center, software install what you want to install.

Hi I added the location above but couldn't see a way to update kde - i looked and update and install in MCC and couldn't see it. I could see the rpms in the main directory but not the kde3.3 dir

Any ideas?

Try again. remove thacs.rpms

urpmi.addmedia thacs.rpms http://anorien.csc.warwick.ac.uk/mirrors/thac/10.1/RPMS with hdlist.cz

Copy and paste this. I know it workd because I have done it myself :)

I have done that - removed thacs.rpms and added again.

I still get

Everything already installed

Any ideas?
