Guest rider343
for kde use super-karamba or karamba... for gnome use gdesklets :)
arctic
for kde, use the kxdocker. it is a lot better than superkaramba and has many many options. kxdocker can look like an exact copy of max osx or have a complety different look. you just have to decide for yourself. :) http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=10958
Bizk
well, i have problems installing gdesklets. firstly, it told me that gnome-python-gconf and gnome-python-gnomevfs are needed, then i downloaded them from rpmfind. later, when i tried to install these packages it gave me the following error : error: Failed dependencies: python-base >= 2.4 is needed by gnome-python-gconf-2.6.1-2mdk so i went to google and searched for python-base 2.4 but didn't find anything. what do i do now? :o

photoworks
woop! Bizk, just do urpmi gdesklets and let it install them all for you. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well, i installed kxdoxker but i do not know how to instal themes. I tried to install some, but they do not show. So i tried to install Superkaramba, but i was only able to install the 0.3.4 version and, apparently, the theme availables are only for version 0.3.5 . When i want to install version 0.3.5, i get this message : Some package requested cannot be installed: superkaramba-0.35-3mdk.i586 (due to unsatisfied libpython2.4.so.1.0) Is there a way to install version 0.3.5 of superkaramba or to find available themes for version 0.34 or how to install theme for kxdocker ? For example, i would really like to be able to install this specific theme : or this one : Edited December 14, 2004 by photoworks
