Nominated Screenshot

 

Heres my screenie. Take a looksee at the gdesklets at the top of the screen, the left one is a window list, the one on the right has time, battery, volume and a window menu, the one underneath it, a notification area/system tray. You can click the tab on the end of them and they hide away, with the tab becoming transparent. Theres a hidden one in the bottom right.

 

The icons on the panel are half some i got from bvc called Bezier, the other half i made myself in the same style.

Im proud of the script i wrote in the window there :P spits out some system info, it asks gconf for my gnome themes, and then uploads it for me, all automated :D

Extract inside ~/.gdesklets/Sensors

 

I havnt made a proper installer for the sensor but it will work
