Hi, all.

I have a problem with UT 2003.

Running Mandrake 10 Official with latest (6111) NVidia drivers. My graphic card is GeForce 4 MX 440. I installed UT 2003, but when trying to start it i have a following in Konsole:

fcntl: Invalid argument
fcntl: Invalid argument
Xlib:  extension "XiG-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD" missing on display ":0.0".
appMsgf(): Your CD key appears to be invalid.  You will need to reinstall the game and enter your CD key to fix this problem.

Backtrace:
[ 1]  ./Core.so [0x40a1171a]
[ 2]  /lib/tls/libc.so.6 [0x40bc7718]
[ 3]  ./Core.so(appMsgf__FiPCwe+0xa9) [0x40a10021]

[ 5]  /lib/tls/libc.so.6(__libc_start_main+0xed) [0x40bb495d]
[ 6]  ./ut2003-bin(ValidateCDKey__Fv+0x4d) [0x80512d1]
Signal: SIGTRAP [trap]
Aborting.

I reinstalled the game but with no results...

I have a legal copy and sure my key is ok. And yes, i updated it to 2225. Trying to run it as user or as root doesn't change anything, still a same error. I need help, please...

I solved a problem. It really was a CD-key... Stupid thing and a solution is very simple: it does not checks for key validity on install, but on first run. On install it's only checks if you entered a same key twice. So an installation program just stores whatever you entering on prompt for key in a file /ut2003/System/cdkey. I entered it correctly but without a "-" between groups of digits. Editing the cdkey file fixed this.

Thanks for reply anyway...
