Ixthusdan Posted September 29, 2002 Share Posted September 29, 2002 Oh joy! I plugged my Palm Pilot into its craddle and dared to sync in my new Mandrake 9.0, and it worked!!! The last time I tried this with 8.2, I corrupted the Palm and had to restore with a windows back-up. Let's see, Return to Castle Wolfenstein works flawlessly (not WINE), the palm works, all of my work documents can be read and edited in Open Office, now if I can get the home finance out of MS Money, I can get rid of Windows completely!!!! I had this same problem with Quicken. I untimately solved it by deciding to deep six several years of account history and make a fresh start in GNUCash. You should try it.
