FX
I've been playing the past several nights. Theres only 2 demo maps at this time, but they are both fun. The mod is still in testing/beta form, but runs real well. I've been playing CS:Source also and comparing the two I like True Combat much more. One reason is because its made for linux and free. Also unlike CS:Source it has a linux client. I'm so sick of companies using Linux for a server but can't give a client for us regular users to have. zero0w
I think Counterstrike deserves a Linux client. For one, Linux deployment at internet cafe and nightclub will be boosted by the availability of many FPS and MMORPGs to the platform. FX
Try telling the people at Valve that. Now that I've upgrade to Hoary on Ubuntu I can't start ET or Elite anymore. :( FX
