Guest Intimidator86 Posted October 17, 2004 Report Share Posted October 17, 2004 I'm currently working on a school project that i chose to where i would use mandrakes software to make a computer act as a router. I have 3 machines ... 1 with/ the mandrake software .. .and 2 with XP software ... 1 machines IP is 192.168.1.3 and the other is 192.168.2.2 ... i have the 2 NICs on the mandrake machine set as 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.1.2 ... i can get the 2 XP boxes to ping to the mandrake but not through it ... if someone could please help me out in describing me how to do this i would be extremely thankful ... i seem to be running out of ideas that is why I'm posting this Thanks to all!!!!
