Transparent Windows & Konsole Etc. - SOLVED

The only real reason that I was interested was because I would like to have a terminial open on the desktop all the time but not have it interfere with the background. I agree that it is not really that useful, but that is what look & feel is all about - what we want, nothing more.

I have X11R6 installed, how do you make the settings so things are transparent?

Thanks in advance,
