Some of the missing apps normally listed work though, just have to type their name out. I guess its just a bug.

Edit: I'll gonna try to download and burn CD 1 to see if it's making any diffrence on the libwxgt error. bugs: Sound turn to 0 at every startup Edited September 13, 2004 by Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence
Anyone found the kernel source for the new kernel (2.6.8.1-8mdksmp)? Aren't mandrake releasing it with the rc1 or am I needing of a pair of glasses....
bvc
do you have/see a kernel-source-2.6.8.1-8mdk? that's it.
pmpatrick
Yeah, but it's screwed up; the nvidia drivers won't install with that source. I think I saw some workaround for it on the web; can't remember where. Maybe it was here.
ac_dispatcher
You know as stupid as its sounds I left Mandy for two reasons . The switch of MCC and the loss of Texstar. PCLinuxOS is cool for offtime but I prefer to stay with the mother (mandy). Since they went back I am now downloading the .iso's. Planning on giving it a go.
