arctic
the failing of eth0 on bootup is not dramatic, because it can be activated later vith ifup eth0. more important is now the networking stuff you have set up so far. please give the contents of your /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file and the output of ifconfig eth0 in a terminal as root. otherwise it will be difficult to find a solution. ;) Edited August 22, 2004 by arctic
