Guest jglen490
Oldie !! But goodie :D . I, too, am a product of punch cards, patch boards, and slow turning open reel tape drives. I remember when we got our first drum mass storage unit for the Univac 1050-II. Imagine an object the size of an oil drum spinning inside a case. Imagine, also, one of those suckers breaking an spindle bearing and flying out of its case across the computer room floor.
Cannonfodder
That's a pretty interesting article. Imagine the kind of mind this guy has? Here's mono's web site.. http://www.go-mono.com/index.html I'm going to pay attention to this. If MS's Net platform becomes crossplatform as a result, it could be very interesting from a software standpoint.
