During installation I got two error messages that some packages are not found.I did not put it on paper(we are in XXI century, aren't we?) Also I got problems with my ISA sound card, so it would be interesting to see what was detected/ Is all stuff during installation logged somehow?If yes , where? Checked all files and directories /var/log - some files are empty, one contains last boot log . Did not find ANY trace of installation logs!
