Intel Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.20GHz Apon booting the pc i get only so far into the boot phase and the computer stops doing anything. Try making your lilo append line this: "noapic nolapic acpi=off devfs=mount smp=on" If that doesn't stop acpi, I don't know what will.
