Ran some commands, saved them to a text file and attached them to this post.

I've seen in several other messages that 2.6 sees the KT600 as part of the KT400 family so that shouldn't be the issue, and it looks like it's finding your AGP stuff just fine. Have you tried setting NVAgp to any of the other values?

:D OK, I've check around the net via mb's nvidia mb's, and found this on nvnews.net:

Re: VIA KT600 chipset lack of support?

Yes, my system is stable. I had to ruin my 80 day uptime just to check the bios settings for you! No problem...

The most important thing is to make sure:

PCI Delayed Transaction ENABLED

I also have:

APIC ENABLED

MPS 1.4

AGP aperture 64M

AGP Mode 4x

Drive Control AUTO

AGP Master 1 WS Write ENABLED

AGP Master 1 WS Read ENABLED

AGP 3.0 Calibration Cycle ENABLED

System Bios Cacheable DISABLED

Video Ram Cacheable DISABLED

Hope that helps.

After making these changes I started to see other errors...

Glad it worked, what's the word on your sound in ET?

Glad it worked, what's the word on your sound in ET?

Found somewhere to use a wrapper:

artsdsp -m /usr/local/games/et

Man, Let me tell you, :wall: I'd rather play without audio. There is about a one (1) second delay. Drives you up the wall.

So, basiclly, sound is still an issue. Hopefully someone could help me out. I posted a message in the Games Section, we'll see if someone else has had this issue.

BTW. Thanks for all you help.
